Applicants

Hello and thank you for taking the time to investigate attaining a position with Alliance Partition Systems (APS).

VER EN ESPAÑOL

What to Expect at Alliance Partition Systems:

APS is an “At Will Employer” meaning that APS can release any employee from employment without cause or for any reason within the confines of the appropriate Union Contract.

We are a Drug Free Business and as such we participate in their drug testing and monitoring protocols.

As of January 1, 2024, Washington State employers are prohibited from "discriminating" against hiring a person based on the person's lawful use of cannabis off the job and away from the workplace. Alliance Partition Systems considers all field personnel (i.e. carpenters and finishers) as "safety sensitive" positions as defined by SB 5123. Therefore, qualified job applicants seeking field positions must comply with all pre-employment drug testing requirements and all other requirements included in the Company's Drug Free Workplace Policy.

APS is a Union affiliated company. Our employees are members of the International Union of Painters & Allied Trades (IUPAT) or the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners (UBC). If you do not belong to the appropriate Union, that does not exclude you from employment with APS.

How to Apply:

Step 1) Fill out and submit the APS application APPLY NOW. Once the application is filled out hit the submit tab and also hit the print tab to print of a copy for your records. Once you close out this form, you will not be able to access it again.
Step 2) APS will notify you if we would like to proceed with an interview and onboarding.
Step 3) If APS would like to have you as part of the team, you will then go through our Employee Orientation process online. This will include safety training videos and a pre-employment drug screening.
Step 4) After orientation is complete, you will be assigned to a jobsite and given all pertinent information concerning jobsite address, foreman’s name, foreman’s phone number and the start time in preparation for your first day of work.

You will be paid for your time spent onboarding.
