Mike Powers | President

Founder and President with over 20 years in the industry, Mike has done everything from scrapping at Safeco Field as a 1st bracket apprentice, to successfully bidding and managing multi-million dollar projects as an estimator/project manager, to President of one of the largest drywall companies in the state. He has three children: two teenage girls and a tween boy, who he enjoys spending time with, as well as traveling. His goal is to keep APS rated as the best place to work in the industry, and as a side effect grow to be the largest drywaller in Washington and Oregon. Mike Powers founded this company in September, 2007.

Sam Koeppen | Admin Director

Director of Administration and Executive Assistant with a background in event planning. Sam supports Mike and the Alliance team with administrative and HR duties, events, and business logistics. While new to construction, Sam continues to learn and grow through managing Alliance's managerial team. Sam and her husband share a love for many PNW outdoor hobbies and have two labradors together.

Larry Walker | Operations Director

36 years in the industry starting out as a lather, framer, drywall foreman then continuing his career in Project Management all in the Pacific Northwest. Larry has been fortunate to be involved in some fun projects at Safeco Field, Century Link Field, and Microsoft Instore projects worldwide. Larger projects include new and remodeling high rise buildings in Bellevue and Seattle, and dorm projects at the University of Washington and Sound Transit Light Rail. Blessed husband and father of 3 with 3 grandchildren. Hobbies are muscle cars, golf, kayaking and occasional trip to the slopes.

Derek Viers | Estimating Director

Director of estimating with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Derek joined us from the California market and has been eager to take our estimating team to the next level. With his lead, out company’s backlog has grown to record-breaking highs. Derek enjoys spending time with his children, hiking, going to conecerts, playing hockey and traveling.

Jeff Stephens | Safety Director

As Safety Director, Jeff brings a lot of field knowledge/experience to our safety team as he has spent the last 17yrs working in the field. He believes safety is paramount to the success of each job as well as the company in general. He looks forward to meeting every one of you as he visits your jobsites!

Greg Lawson | Superintendent

Greg is a Superintendent out of our Tacoma location and covers the Canadian border into Oregon.  He's been in the construction industry since 1993 and has worked in two different trades.  Besides his field experience, Greg spent 13 years as an Estimator / Project Manager.  When he's not working, he likes to spend time with his family and be outdoors.

Tim Fant | Superintendent

Taping Superintendent with 35+ years of experience. Tim is ultimately responsible for finishing all our projects with the high level of quality our customers have come to expect. Tim is the proud father of 2 daughters and 1 son, and enjoys fishing in his spare time.

Tod Tucker | Shop Manager

Tod comes to APS with 30 years of experience in the industry. He spent the majority of his career framing and running work for other competitors in our trade. He developed good organizational skills which led him to appreciate the logistics and scheduling of resources. Tod likes to vacation with his family and pull his camp trailer to as many beautiful spots as possible.

Gerrit Sebree | Estimator

Construction Estimator with 20 years in the industry, Began his construction career with Walt Disney in Italy, Gerrit worked on the Walt Disney Wonder cruise ship. In the states as an apprentice, he arose through ranks by running jobs that led him to become a Project Manager/Estimator. Gerrit is a practicing Husband married for over 10 years and proud father of two boys. He is excited to apply his experience to Alliance’s arsenal of success each and every day!

Nicole Linscott - Kirkwood | Project Manager

Project Manager in our Tacoma location. Nicole has 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, Plaster, Spray Applied Fireproofing, and Spray on K13 Insulation. She has worked on multiple types of projects, from shell and core buildouts and tenant improvements of office buildings, healthcare facilities, and luxury apartment high rises. In her spare time, you will find her headed into the mountains or to the coast for another great adventure outdoors, especially if it is raining.

Randy Lee | Project Manager

Project Manager out of our Tacoma location with over 10 years of industry experience. Randy started his career in Southern California, working on jobs like Space Mountain at Disneyland the Vdara Hotel in Las Vegas. Once in Washington, he worked his way up to becoming a Foreman running million dollar projects. In his free time, he likes to take and develop pictures with old film/analog cameras. We has also been published in an Australian film photography magazine.

Danielle Heim | Project Manager Assistant

Danielle is our Assistant Project Manager at the Tacoma office supporting multiple Project Managers. She has been in the construction industry for over 10 years with prior knowledge in industrial manufacturing and procurement. In her free time Danielle enjoys spending time with family, camping and working in her garden.

Krystal Cles | Payroll Administrator

Payroll/Certified Payroll Administrator with a background in bookkeeping and administration for 20 years. She’s been with APS since June of 2018. Krystal is married with one teenage daughter, 3 dogs, and 2 horses. In her spare time, you’ll find her camping, riding horses, or anything outdoors.

Cheri Bryant | AR Specialist

Cheri is our AR Specialist with over 35 years in Administration. She has done all aspects thru the years and is now focusing on Accounts Receivable and overseeing the Payroll and Financial departments. She loves riding her horse, gardening and spending time with grandkids in WA and MT.
