About Us

Our Mission

Alliance Partition Systems promotes a culture of family and diversity, focusing on the quality of life for our workers and the quality of work produced for our customers and community. Our mission is to provide highly trained and specifically skilled individuals with high morale and rigid regard for their safety and in turn their families. With these values, we deliver projects on time that are cooperative and well planned, with a priority on schedule and budget. We bring value to the job site, where we work as a team with concern for the overall success of the project.

Our Core Values: The APS Way!

  • Authentic Relationships: We are a relationship-based company. We hold true to the firm belief that our #1 reason for safety, for the high quality of life, production, retention, employee morale, and even good prices is all because of our relationships.

  • Passionate Pursuit: Whether it’s passionate pursuit of growth and opportunity, passionate pursuit of authentic relationships, or passionate pursuit of bettering your education and skills. We are a company of passionate people. While we want to celebrate our achievements, we also want to keep our eyes on the horizon. We always want to be passionately pursuing our goals, or the next right thing.

  • Servant Leaders: Being a servant leader means we lead by example with humility, kindness, and compassion. We lead from the front, pulling our share and helping others along when they need it. We elevate each other, knowing that without the greater good there is no independent good.

"These core values are what make us unique. They'll take us from being good to being great. If we can all be leaders that serve each other with passion and authenticity, the power that we will have as a collective is going to be enough to change this industry and the lives of everyone who works here." - Michael Powers, President

Our Culture: Safety & Inclusion

Safety – First & foremost, all of us at APS genuinely care about each other. Our safety culture is built on a solid foundation of workplace family. Here, you are not just a number. You have a name, a family, and a life outside of work. When you care about the person working next to you, you have their backs to make sure they go home safely to their families every night. A job with a positive atmosphere generally translates to a safe, clean, and profitable project, with each individual looking out for the other so we can do what we are there to do: be successful.

Inclusion – The APS team is made up of people from all walks of life, so inclusion is vital. Through our partnership with AGC and their Culture of Care program, we strive for both a physically and psychologically safe work environment. Psychological safety in the workplace is just as important as physical safety. Every team member is both respected and heard; we are free to be our confident and productive selves.

Transparency – From our founder’s humble beginnings comes the small business style of openness. With everything from job award notices to profit-sharing bonuses, every person at APS knows how the company is doing. As a result, every member is valued and included. As we continue to grow, our transparency does not waiver.

Connection – Every year, we host various social functions, from salmon fishing in Ilwaco to our annual picnic and sports tournament, family skate nights, pheasant hunting, and an epic year-end holiday party. Each function provides an opportunity for genuine connections with each other and our families. Our relationships fuel the culture of loyalty and caring about one another through trade lines and rank. We’re a team who likes what they do and who they work beside. When you bring this positive culture to the job site, it’s contagious and successful.
