Mike Powers

Owner and President with over 19 years in the industry, Mike has done everything from scrapping at Safeco Field as a 1st bracket apprentice to successfully bidding and managing multi-million dollar projects.  He went through the apprenticeship program for Local 41 at Renton Technical College and worked as an apprentice and journeyman for PCS and as an estimator and project manager for Innovative Interiors.  Mike Powers founded this company in September, 2007. 

Jon Bryant

COO and Senior Project Manager with 40 years in the industry. He has been involved in all aspects of a project, from running the largest panel shop in the state of Washington, to managing over $10M in projects per year. Jon is meticulous to detail, and has an ability to see a project from start to finish in his mind before the job ever starts. Jon takes pride in his farm in Arlington WA and enjoys the upkeep. He also is the father of two grown children.

Paul Nee

Safety & Training Coordinator, Paul is in charge of not just keeping all of our workers safe and policing them, but also in training the workers to work proactively instead of reactively. Paul is in regular communication with the guys, finding out what training they have, what they think they need, and what we think they need and making it happen. Over 40 years in the industry, and a background as an instructor at the apprenticeship and a field instructor for the union, Paul is a world of knowledge with an amazing amount of certifications.

Rhone Schenker

Senior Project Manager in our Tacoma location with over 10 years in the industry, Rhone is committed to making sure every project comes in on time and within budget and that our customers are pleased. Husband and father of 3, Rhone is originally from Alaska where he worked in the field as a foreman doing acoustical ceilings, metal stud framing, and drywall. Rhone heads up our Tacoma office and is a big asset.

Victor Avelar

Project Manager out of our Tacoma location. Victor’s career originated in the Pacific Northwest but it also led him to new opportunities in the Northern California market during the Silicon Valley building boom. He eventually found his way back to Washington state and since contributed to a variety of projects from mixed-use and multi-family building types to high-rise towers in downtown Seattle. With over a decade in the business, Victor has the knowledge and experience to manage some of the most complex projects that the industry has to offer, Father of 3, Victor enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the popular hiking trails of the Great Northwest.

Randall Lee

Project Manager out of our Tacoma location. I have been in the Carpenters Union since 2002. I started my career working in Southern California, working on various job sites. Including the Space Mountain renovation at Disneyland. I also worked as a lead man at the Vdara hotel at the Las Vegas City Center project. Once in Washington, I worked my way up to becoming a Foreman running million dollar projects. Which took me from the job site, to the office as a Project Manager. In my free time, I like to take and develop pictures with old film/analog cameras. I have also been published in an Australian film photography magazine, and my photos have been shared through various social media sites.

Erica Pabis

Project Manager with over 7 years of experience in the industry. She has a B.S from University of WA and comes from a family of drywallers. Also the mother of two beautiful young girls, Brooke & Claire and wife to an entrepreneurial carpenter, Shawn. Erica finds time to manage and balance work and personal life.

Dale Graves

As General Superintendent, Dale is in charge of field operations and manpower. While balancing +/- 200 field workers and 60+ job sites, he still manages to be involved with the Carpenter’s Apprenticeship program, sitting as a board member for the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee. Over 30 years of experience in the industry, Dale is a very knowledgeable and well rounded asset, and is also a father and husband.

Tim Fant

Taping superintendent with 35 years’ experience, Tim is ultimately responsible for finishing all our projects with the high level of quality our customers have come to expect.  Tim is the proud father of 2 daughters and 1 son, and enjoys fishing in his spare time.

Cheri Bryant

Controller with over 30 years in administration, Cheri is the guru of certified payrolls, waivers, billings and payroll. In an ever-changing environment with new processes and methods of tracking and submitting information, Cheri is progressive and able and also an all-around good person and fun to be around and work with. Mother of two grown children, wife for over 30 years, and also a volunteer for Snohomish County Search & Rescue!

Krystal Cles

Administrative Assistant with a background in bookkeeping, Krystal helps make organization out of chaos. Krystal is married, mother of one and is a help to many here.

Misty Emery

Human Resource Director with a B.S. degree in Psychology and Sociology. Misty oversees compensation, incentives, employee benefits, strategic development, conflict management, dispute resolution, and ethics compliance. She’s creative and attentive to the needs of others. Misty has enjoyed raising her family with her husband Eric of 22 years.

Sam Koeppen

Executive Assistant with a background in event planning. Sam supports Mike and the Alliance team with administrative duties, events, and business logistics. She’s the cheerful face at the front desk when you first walk into the office. Sam and her husband share a love for many PNW outdoor hobbies and have a cute black lab together.

Chris Sullivan

Operations Manager in charge of tools, materials, and deliveries.  Chris has been around the business his entire life and installing drywall for 25 years.  He’s a father of 2 beautiful girls.

Jeremiah Heikes

Project Manager in our Vancouver WA office. A third generation carpenter and business man, He started hanging drywall as a young boy and entered as a journeyman in the union in 2006. He graduated to foreman in 2013 and started managing multiple projects in 208. Finding Alliance early in 2019.. Jeremiah has his hands full with three girls and is married over 10 years.

Tawnya McCallum

Estimator with nearly 15 years in the commercial construction industry. Traditionally holding positions in drafting and design, she is detail-oriented and eager to learn new things. Outside of work, Tawnya enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, fishing, exploring and playing video games.

Gerrit R. Sebree

Construction Estimator with 20 years in the industry, Began his construction career with Walt Disney in Italy, Gerrit worked on the Walt Disney Wonder cruise ship. In the states as an apprentice, he arose through ranks by running jobs that led him to become a Project Manager/Estimator. Gerrit is a practicing Husband married for over 10 years and proud father of two boys. He is excited to apply his experience to Alliance’s arsenal of success each and every day!

Oscar Mikelsen

Senior Foreman for our Tacoma Division. 27 years in the industry, and most of it in leadership positions, Oscar has been running work successfully for most of his life. He lived in Japan as a sheetrocker for a time and has a passion for dirt bikes.
